We are hiring an Event Operations & Production Manager to run everything on the ground at MedhaviOne events. You own the plan, the venue, the vendors and the live event, from venue handover to teardown.

Ideas are the easy part. Delivery is what people remember. We need someone who stays calm on show day, and who plans so well that most problems never happen.
You work alongside the Programme & Events Manager, who owns concept and content. You own how the event is built and run.
What you will do
You own how the event is built and run.
- Turn briefs into operating plans: checklists, timelines, run-of-show documents and responsibility matrices.
- Visit sites and judge venues on capacity, layout, access, branding and guest movement.
- Run production and fabrication: stage, sets, branding, lighting, sound, AV and power. Check every element against approved specifications.
- Brief, compare and manage vendors. Keep scope, commercials and timelines clear, and step in when a vendor slips.
- Lead the live event: registration, seating, hospitality, speaker handling, backstage and event flow.
- Plan speaker and VIP logistics: arrival, stay, transfers and green rooms.
- Set operational budgets and track spend, purchase orders and invoices with finance. Save cost without cutting quality.
- Flag risks early and keep a contingency plan ready.
- Close every event properly: venue hand back, inventory, vendor closure and a review.
- Turn learnings into SOPs, checklists, templates and a vendor database.
What you will deliver: master operations plan, run-of-show, site assessments, vendor briefs and scopes, budget against actuals, post-event closure report, and event SOPs.
Who we are looking for
Must have
- 4–7 years of work experience, with strong event-agency experience in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, live productions or experiential marketing.
- Events you have run on the ground, from venue handover to teardown, and can show.
- Strong vendor and venue management skills.
- Confidence reading production drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
- The ability to run several events and vendors at once without dropping quality.
Good to have
- A ready network of production, fabrication, AV, hospitality, transport and manpower vendors.
- Experience with budgets, procurement and vendor commercials.
- Experience building SOPs and templates that a team then uses.
